Nature of the Services\n\n​\n\nAkuna Tec provides a software platform and mobile app to assist clinics and healthcare providers with managing patient information, prescribing exercises, storing medical data, and handling financial records.\n\nPatients may access prescribed exercises and personal health information via the mobile app.\n\n \n\n3. Data Security and Privacy\n\n​\n\nWe comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable healthcare privacy standards.\n\nWe take reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal, medical, and financial information stored through our Services.\n\nFull details of how we collect, use, and store information are outlined in our [Privacy Policy] (link).\n\n \n\n4. User Responsibilities\n\n​\n\nYou agree to use the Services only for lawful, professional purposes.\n\nYou must maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.\n\nClinics are responsible for ensuring their users (employees, contractors) comply with these Terms.\n\nPatients accessing the app must keep their login details secure and are responsible for any activity under their account.\n\n \n\n5. Subscriptions, Fees, and Trials\n\n​\n\nWe offer paid subscription options, including monthly and annual plans.\n\nA free trial period of 1 month is available to new clinic users. At the end of the trial, paid subscription is required to continue using the Services.\n\nSubscription fees are detailed at [Insert Pricing Page Link] and may be updated from time to time.\n\nAll fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.\n\nNon-payment or failure to renew will result in suspension or termination of access.\n\n \n\n6. Intellectual Property\n\n​\n\nAll intellectual property in the Services, including software, branding, content, and associated materials, remains owned by ST Innovations Group Pty Ltd or our licensors.\n\nUsers may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the Services without our written consent.\n\n \n\n7.
